We want every KittyKollects order to put a smile on your face. If something isn't right we'll do everything we can to make it right.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original packaging
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Item does not match the product description
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at kittykollectsbiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If your item arrived damaged or defective we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
📬 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect please email us at kittykollectsbiz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
